Grandma's juice on black currant leaves
recipe maker: Unknown via Sofia Gustafson
Time: 5 days
3 l black currant leaves
3 lemons
60 g of citric acid
2 l water
2 kg sugar
1st Add the currants well washed leaves in a glass or stainless steel.
2nd Wash and brush the lemons well. Slice them and mix them together with currant leaves and citric acid.
3rd Boil water and sugar and pour over the leaves. Stir until melted citric acid.
4th Let it be cold in five days.
5th Strain the juice and make it in containers. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
6th When serving juice diluted 1 × 4 times or to the appropriate flavor.

Mormors saft på svartvinbärsblad receptmakare: okänd via sofia gustafson Tid: 5 dygn 3 l svartvinbärsblad 3 citroner 60 g citronsyra 2 l vatten 2 kg socker 1. Lägg de väl sköljda vinbärsbladen i ett kärl av glas eller rostfritt stål. 2. Tvätta och borsta citronerna väl. Skiva dem och blanda dem tillsammans med vinbärsbladen och citronsyran. 3. Koka upp vattnet och sockret och häll det över bladen. Rör om tills citronsyran smält. 4. Låt det stå kallt i 5 dygn. 5. Sila sedan saften och fyll på den i förvaringskärl. Förvaras kallt eller fryses. 6. Vid servering spädes saften 1×4 gånger eller till lämplig smak.
